The access and use of the website MandalaTickets.com implies your full acceptance and undertaking to abide entirely by the Terms and Conditions. These ‘Terms & Conditions’ may vary from time to time. Please make sure you review them regularly.
MandalaTickets.com is operated by ‘Grupo Mandala’, a Mexican company RFC: OCI 101019 B3A, registered at Blvd. Kukulkan Km 9.5, Hotel Zone, Cancun, 77500.
Valid identification is needed by all guests visiting any of our venues. Under 18 year olds are welcomed only inside ‘Mandala Beach’ club during its day time events, when accompanied by an adult.
‘Grupo Mandala’ reserves the right to request ticket holders to provide appropriate ID for proof of age purposes.
By entering any of our venues, you consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication and ‘Grupo Mandala’ communications, without payment or copyright.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or reject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
To ensure safety, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items, which may cause danger or disruption to others.
Please note that unauthorized professional photo or video cameras are not permitted at any time.
Please note all customers are responsible for their belongings when attending an event. ‘Grupo Mandala’ does not accept any responsibility for any personal property brought to the venues. To help us give you the best customer service, please report any lost property as soon as possible and we will do our best to reunite you with your items.
Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed inside the venues.
‘Grupo Mandala’ reserves the right to refuse admission, please check our FAQ to confirm the dress code for the specific venue.
E-Ticket Terms & Conditions
In order to validate an E-Ticket at any nightclub or venue of ‘Grupo Mandala’ it is necessary to present:
1. E ticket printed or displayed on your smartphone (it includes a confirmation number and date of the event).
2. Cardholder/ reservation holder ID
3. Credit card used to book.
In order to prevent and avoid fraud to our Users, MandalaTickets.com reserves the right to make a photocopy, take a photo or to imprint any of the documents mentioned above.
No credit/debit card details will be held once the payment is processed and receipt signed on the day of the event.
The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of that ticket and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the club, without refund or other compensation.
‘Grupo Mandala’ reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to cancel any purchase refunding the total amount paid, and to withdraw or to modify a reservation at any time without prior notice and with no liability for ‘Grupo Mandala’ or MandalaTickets.com
Unauthorized changes or modifications to the e-ticket are considered fraud and any person presenting a modified ticket will be consigned to the competent authorities.
The purchases made through MandalaTIckets.com may be modified, as long as the change is request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with at least 48 hours anticipation to the date of the reserved event. Changes in date may be subject to changes in rate, which must be settled by the client, either by payment online or directly at the door of the reserved nightclub/ property.
The cancelation of a ticket or service reserved through MandalaTickets.com must be requested via email to email@example.com and with at least 48 hours anticipation to the event / service reserved. Cancelations made with 48 hours anticipation will receive a full refund with exception of the bank´s commission (2.56% of the total amount paid online). For cancelations requested with less than 48 hours anticipation to the date of the event a 50% penalty of the amount paid online will be charged. Cancelations requested on the date of the event will have a penalty charge of 100% of the amount paid online.
The ticket is ONLY valid for the specific date purchased, and will need to be shown on entry into each venue. In case of no-show no refund applies.
Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the events calendar due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
In case of having a special event or talent in the venue confirmed after the client purchase, an upgrade must be paid at cover desk.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event. In this case and like an exception, if the purchaser cannot / does not want to attend the rescheduled date, the ticket could be changed for another event /date by paying the difference if applicable. In case that the client is not interested in changing the event/date, a refund of the total of the reservation may be requested to the email firstname.lastname@example.org with at least 24 hours of anticipation of the original date of the reserved event. Any requested received past this date will have a penalty charge of 50% of the total amount paid online.
If the purchaser wants to transfer the ticket to a third-party, it is necessary to send a request of name change by email to email@example.com at least 48 hours prior the booking date. Additionally, it is mandatory to fill in an authorization form and send it by e-mail with the Purchaser’s ID and the beneficiary ID plus the information that ‘Grupo Mandala’ consider necessary.
In case of requiring a tax invoice this must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning the tax information to be noted on the invoice, as well as the reservation number. It is important to inform that for fiscal reasons the invoices will be elaborated only after having confirmed payment or after having used the service. In case of deposits or bank transfers, invoices must be requested within the same month the deposit or transfer is made. Once a tax invoice has been made service are non-refundable, nor can the date/event be changed.
‘Grupo Mandala’ advises guests to enter the venues as early as possible especially for our special events, in the case that we reach our venue´s capacity even with a purchased ticket entrance will be refused.
Bookings Terms & Conditions 2016
For the payment of your order(s) you will be redirected to the website of the bank processor. ‘Grupo Mandala’ itself will have no financial information unless a manual booking is made with us via email.
Payment is always made via a secure connection, for more information please refer to the website of the payment processor. As we charge in USD, we are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies, your bank will determine this rate.
On the day of booking guests who have booked ‘Bottle Service’ will need to be inside the venue before 12.30 am, after this time the table will become available for re sale and we cannot guarantee your booking.
Guests with ‘Bottle Service’ bookings can enjoy use of their table during the entire venue´s opening times. To confirm specific event opening times time please contact our team, this can range from 9:00 pm to 4:00 am depending on the day and time of year.
Please note that exact table location will be determined when you arrive at the door.
Please be aware of your belongings inside the venues, as we cannot be held responsible for any unattended alcohol or personal items.
Please note that we are not able to look after suitcases, hand luggage or helmets. We would ask you to arrange for these to be stored elsewhere before attending the venue as we are not able to take responsibility for these items.
In case of injury or accident, please make yourself known to our staff. We do have a fully qualified staff on each day to help in any medical matter. For our busier events we do have support from the local Medical Team within the venues in case of any problems.
