To submit your Best Price Guarantee claim, please fill in the claim form.
If you find aMandalaTickets equivalent offer on another website at a lower price, we will honor the lower rate and give you a further reduction of 10%. Offer must be for the same service/product with the same dates and specifications (excluding local taxes but including booking fees).
The Best Price Guarantee applies to online products offered on MandalaTickets.com website.This guarantee aplies to quotes only and not for confirmed bookings.
MandalaTickets.com will not allow any rebooking due any promotion since the Best Price Guarantee is only valid for new bookings.
To submit a claim under the Best Price Guarantee, you must complete the online claim form at MandalaTickets.com/bestpriceguarantee.
APPLICABLE RATES / EXCLUSIONS
The Best Price Guarantee applies only to the services/products offered through MandalaTickets.com, excluding preferential rates, offers for special events and all servicesnot offered in the website.
The rates covered by the Best Price Guarantee need to be accessible to the general public and available for reservation; the guarantee excludes:
- Group rates
- Corporate rates
- Specific promotional offers granting an additional discount after the booking is made (i.e. promotional codes supplied further to the registration in a newsletter)
- Preferential rates for locals.
- Rates granted to Grupo Mandala’s partners and their employees.
- Rates offered by opaque inventory sources who only specify the nightclub name or location once the booking has been made.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to websites requiring membership, online memberships or programmes requiring a password or login to consult rates.
TYPE OF PRODUCTS
The Best Price Guarantee applies to the same product (date, nightclub, type of service and number of guest) as quoted at MandalaTickets.com
The product claimed for must be available and bookable on another website at the time of verification by MandalaTickets.com costumer service department.
The Best Price Guarantee applies to the same dates as quoted on MandalaTickets.com.
If the rate found on another Internet site is given in a currency different from that of the rate quoted on MandalaTickets.com, our customer service department will convert this rate into the same currency as the rate offered on MandalaTicekts.com.
The exchange rate used will be the MandalaTickets.com exchange rate. MandalaTickets.com reserves the right to refuse a claim, if the exchange rates used by both websites are different. Differences in the currency exchange rates are excluded from the offer.Price differences due to fluctuations, rounded figures or related to differences in the currency’s exchange rate will not be taken into account for the Best Rate Guarantee.
SALES OF CONDITIONS
The sales conditions associated with the rate on another Internet site must be the same as the sales conditions of the rate quoted on MandalaTickets.com in order for the Best Price Guarantee to apply.
This concerns in particular:
- Prepayment and deposit requirements.
- Cancellation conditions.
- Conditions regarding modification of the reservation.
FILL IN THE CLAIM FORM
The online claim form can be accessed on MandalaTickets.com. The mandatory fields on the claim form must be properly completed, and the required supporting documents must be attached to the claim. Claims that are incomplete or incorrect, or that include illegible or incomplete supporting documents, will not be processed.
A completed claim may be made within the 24 hours following the quote made on MandalaTickets.com, and 36 hours before the scheduled arrival at the nightclub. If the original quote was made within the 36 hours preceding the arrival at the nightclub, the Best Price Guarantee does not apply.
After verification by the customer service department, the Best Price Guarantee will be granted if your claim meets all the conditions of application. The customer service department will send an e-mail with the the link for your to book the product/service with the new rate applicable and a 10% discount Coupon valid for that reservation.
If the claim does not meet the conditions of the Best Price Guarantee, the customer service department will send you an e-mail stating that the Guarantee cannot be applied.
MandalaTickets.com declines any responsibility regarding any expenses that may arise from canceling a reservation, for all reservations made on any Internet site other thanMandalaTickets.com
MandalaTickets.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Best Price Guarantee and its terms and conditions of this Guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
